Identity for an internal initiative by Snackbrands Australia (makers of Thins chips, Cheezels, French Fries, CC's and others). This was about creating a movement within Snackbrands, about creating an army or tribe of Snackbrands employees, afforded time by the company to do charity works. I came up with this concept of linking to esteem – of building self-esteem through charity.
